A tasty, healthy, gluten-free crumble for winter evenings...or breakfast! It uses quinoa and coconut oil so you can have all the warming joy of a crumble without the dairy or gluten.

Stew the apples, spices, and dried fruit until soft and well-done.
Pre-cook the quinoa in 2 cups of water for around 15mins, drain off any excess water.
Transfer cooked fruit mix to a large dish. Combine the quinoa, coconut chips, ground hazelnuts and coconut oil/butter and mix together well (i use my hands).
Spoon the combined mixture on top off the fruit mix, ensuring even coverage, then bake in pre-heated oven until golden brown on top. Serve with cream, or milk, or on its own
