Simple Tasty Fettuccine Carbonara

    A quick easy and tasty carbonara. This one has no eggs, just the bacon and cream. Great for a quick winter lunch or dinner.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 serves fettuccine
    • 2 rashers bacon
    • 300 ml cream
    • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 2 teaspoons ground paprika

    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

    1. Cook fettuccine to al dente and drain.
    2. Thinly slice bacon width-ways and sauté lightly in a deep pan.
    3. Mix together the cream, Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    4. Add fettuccine and cream mixture to the bacon in the frypan pan and toss until cream thickens. Serve with crusty bread.
