Both my wife and I like to cook and this is one of my favourites. Quantities can be varied to taste and numbers.
Thanks for this recipe! I wouldn't have thought to use ginger, but it works really well. I admit to skipping the chilli, adding chopped red capsicum, using baby spinach, and sneaking in a bit of sour cream, but the whole family complimented me on this one. I'm glad I followed your instructions to sprinkle parmesan on top at the end, it saved me from trying to melt cheese into the dish and making it too heavy (like I usually do). Used different ingredients. I used 3 tsp of sweet chilli sauce instead of actual chili, was generous on the ginger and used about 3 cloves of fresh garlic (minced). - 22 Sep 2010
