Make sure the potato is thoroughly cooked - a little overcooked is better than a wedge that is still hard in the middle. Cooking times can vary depending on your oven, so use your own discretion.
These were delicious, and very easy to make. Took a little longer to make than shown in the recipe but maybe I had bigger potatoes. Because I live in the U.S. I did not have access to the seasoning specified but I used Lawrys Seasoning Salt which I would imagine is similar. Everyone loved these.
