    Extremely simple but effective! Swordfish steaks are sprinkled with Cajun spice mix then grilled. Serve with a salad for an easy summer dinner.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
    • 4 pieces swordfish, each about 2 cm thick
    • 1/2 lemon

    Directions
    Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Dust the spice mix over swordfish, add a squeeze of lemon.
    2. Grill until done - generally 4-5 minutes per side
