    Ths implests couscous with a touch of ras-el-hanout, preserved lemon and coriander. Serve with any Moroccan dish or as a BBQ side.

    • 500g couscous
    • 1 teaspoon Herbie's Spices Ras el Hanout
    • 1 wedge preserved lemon, very finely chopped (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or coriander
    • salt and black pepper

    1. Mix together the dry couscous with the Ras el Hanout, then prepare following the instructions on the packet.
    2. Just before serving, stir in the lemon (if using), finely chopped parsley or coriander leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
