This tuna is seared briefly and served with this sauce made of a chilli spice, lime soy sauce and vinegar. Its like a cross between sashimi and cooked fish.
Shichimi Togarashi is a spice mix with spices like chilli, white poppy seeds, unhulled golden sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, orange peel, brown mustard seeds, Szechuan pepper and lemon myrtle.
If serving as a main course, serve with soba noodles, cooked and drained.
