Mush all the ingredients up together in a big bowl with your hands.
Make balls of the mixture and flatten between the palms of your hands so that they end up about 8-10cm in diameter and about 2cm thick. If your hands get too sticky, wet them before making more rissoles.
Place the rissoles on a plate.
Heat your barbecue and when it's good and hot, spray it with oil and put the rissoles on. They will need about 4-5 minutes each side, depending on how hot your barbie is.
