A simple French omelette with potatoes and bacon (or ham) and cheese. Perfect for breakfast or lunch.
Well I'll start by saying it's delicious. Really delcious...but not super pretty as it's written. Mine had too much filling so the egg didn't quite make it all to the bottom of the pan to make the outside. I would suggest after the potatoes and bacon are cooked, slide them out into a bowl before the egg goes in, then sprinkle maybe half back in to cook with the egg, then flip and put the rest on one half...then when the other side is done cooking, fold it over so that you have some loose filling in the omelete.
