We like to serve these steaks with broad beans, but we always double-peel the beans. If you don't want to double-peel them, don't bother serving them.
There's nothing like a good, grilled T-bone steak - especially when it's seasoned and topped with melted butter! Since I don't have Herbie's steak seasoning, I used Montreal steak seasoning. I let the steaks rest and come to room temperature before grilling. Delicious served with grilled potatoes - YUM! - 09 May 2013
