Blueberry Sumac Dessert

    A simple, healthy and tasty dessert - especially good when blueberries are in season. An interesting combination.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 2 or 3 punnets blueberries, rinsed and drained
    • 300g good quality plain yoghurt
    • 1 tablespoon Herbie's Spices Ground Sumac

    Directions

    1. Spread the blueberries over the base of an attractive shallow serving bowl.
    2. Spread the yoghurt over the top, and sprinkle the sumac evenly over the yoghurt. Do not do this too far in advance, or the purplish colour of the sumac will 'bleed' into the pale yoghurt.
    3. Serve and enjoy!
