Place all ingredients except prawns into a blender and puree on high speed.
Add puree to prawns. Mix well to coat all the prawns and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
Cook in hot wok or pan for 3-5 minutes until prawns become opaque.
Serve with steamed rice.
