Like mini sausage rolls but made with a spinach and feta filling. I used frozen spinach cos it was a better buy than fresh at the time but the equivalent amount of fresh spinach, chopped and wilted would do the job.
Something else. The recipe tells me I need fetta cheese for it. What it doesn't tell me is when do I use this fetta. HELP! - 05 Jul 2011

These were a great change to spinach triangles that use filo pastry. You add the feta, crumbled, to the spinach when you add the cooked ingredients to the bowl. - 27 Jan 2012
