A rich complex bitter-sweet chocolate cake which is simple to make and always loved by all. A lovely gluten-free treat.
A very easy recipe to follow. I added 30ml of grand marnier to the chocolate/butter mix before mixing everything together, for that extra richness. Left off the caramel sauce and serve dusted with sugar and with cointreu strawberries on the top. - 09 Nov 2012
This recipe was VERY rich. Would recommend ditching the caramel sauce and using a vanilla bean cream instead just to help balance it out. Was nice, but as I said, very rich. - 31 Dec 2014
