    This is a hot chocolate with a difference as it is made in the slow cooker with white chocolate chips. Great for cold winter’s days and nights or your Christmas in July party.

    Serves: 10 

    • 2 cups (500ml) thickened cream
    • 6 cups (1 1/2 litres) milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 375g white chocolate chips
    • Garnish
    • 1 tablespoon whipped cream
    • small candy canes (optional)

    1. Stir together the cream, milk, vanilla and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker.
    2. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours stirring occasionally until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted.
    3. Stir again before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes as desired.
