This simple sauce is made of cream of chicken soup mixed with lemon juice, garlic and spices. It tastes great on rice, pasta, chicken or veggies. Add a teaspoon or two of basil or Italian seasoning for extra flavour.

2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
