    This recipe has lots of fresh vegetables. It is quick, delicious and great for vegetarians as well as being easy.

    Serves: 4 

    • 800ml tomato pasta sauce
    • 185g tinned sliced mushrooms, drained
    • 1/2 cup diced celery
    • 1/4 cup diced red onion
    • 1/4 cup sultanas
    • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1 tomato, quartered
    • 1 large orange, quartered
    • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

    1. In a large heavy saucepan combine pasta sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, sultanas, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic.
    2. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender; about 30 minutes.
