No Bake Macadamia Biscuits

That is right no baking! A twist from the usual biscuit recipe using macadamia nut butter!


Serves: 36 

  • 1 cup (220g) white sugar
  • 1 cup (185g) brown sugar
  • 125g butter
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons carob powder
  • 60g macadamia nut butter (or peanut butter)
  • 3 cups (470g) oats

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Place white sugar, brown sugar, butter, milk and carob powder in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in macadamia nut butter until dissolved. Stir in oatmeal until well incorporated.
  3. Drop onto a waxed paper lined baking tray and place in the refrigerator to cool.

Macadamia Nut Butter

Macadamia Nut Butter is raw freshly ground macadamias. It has a ‘sweet’ and ‘buttery’ taste.
