Easy Mango Sorbet

This is a very quick and easy sorbet to make - just blend the ingredients together and freeze in the ice cream maker.


Serves: 8 

  • 4 cups chilled cubed mango
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) cold water
  • 1/4 cup (75ml) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (125g) white sugar

Preparation:20min  ›  Extra time:3hours freezing  ›  Ready in:3hours20min 

  1. Blend the mango, water and orange juice in a blender on medium-low speed until smooth. Add the sugar and blend until incorporated.
  2. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
