Easy Banana Bread

This is the moistest banana bread that I have ever tasted. This recipe is also very easy to make! Enjoy.

Ingredients
Serves: 15
- 125g butter, melted
- 1 cup (220g) white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups (185g) plain flour
- 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (125ml) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (60g) diced walnuts
- 2 medium bananas, sliced

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a 24 x 12cm bread tin.
- In a large bowl stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine the flour, bicarb soda and salt. Stir into the butter mixture until smooth. Finally, fold in the sour cream, walnuts and bananas. Spread evenly into the prepared tin.
- Bake at 180 degrees C for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the bread comes out clean. Cool bread in the tin for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
