    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease and flour one 20x30cm cake tin.

Really moist and delicious. after reading the reviews I decided to use one tablespoon cinnamon rather than two teaspoons, 5 apples rather than 4 and added chopped walnuts.  -  10 Feb 2018

The batter is easy to make and the cake is definitely moist and dense but I felt the whole recipe lacked that flavour punch I expect form a spiced apple cake. The recipe itself is very bland and unmemorable. I'd like to try this again, swapping the oil for butter, adding more spices and adding chopped walnuts and dedicated coconut for texture.  -  06 Aug 2017
