    Easy Creamy Mango Sorbet

    This is a creamy and refreshing mango sorbet that tastes delicious. Very simple to make, only four ingredients.

    Serves: 8 

    • 2 mangoes - peeled, seeded, and cubed
    • 1 cup (220g) sugar
    • 1 cup cream
    • 1 cup ice

    Preparation:15min  ›  Extra time:45min freezing  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Place cubed mangoes, sugar, cream and ice into a blender; puree until smooth.
    2. Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal and freeze for 45 minutes to an hour. Move the contents around in the bag every 15 minutes while freezing.

    Very, very tasty dessert! It's not quite sorbet as I know it, but that doesn't really matter. It's still delicious! I keep calling it "icy mango treat". - 12 Dec 2010
