These chocolate chip biscuits are a low fat version for those of us who can't live without biscuits. This recipe makes one dozen -- if I make any more than that I end up eating too many!

My biscuits stuck to the pan. What I could salvage were nice so I will definately try this receipe again. I may even substitute the flour for Almond meal. - 06 Aug 2011
Love them. We used raw sugar instead of white and cut it back a little bit as we didn't need them too sweet, used wholemeal flour instead of plain and olive oil instead of applesauce (because we didn't have any). They are really good and basic, easy for kids to make - an awesome recipe. We doubled our mixture but totally understand why you wouldn't. Cynny - I used spray oil on the tray and they didn't stick. - 26 May 2013
