    This is a quick way to make great chai without steeping all the spices yourself. Goat's milk and cardamom make it special.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 chai tea bag
    • 1 cup (250ml) boiling water
    • 2 tablespoons goat's milk
    • 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
    • 1 pinch ground cardamom

    Preparation:1min  ›  Cook:1min  ›  Ready in:2min 

    1. Place the tea bag in a large mug and pour in the boiling water. Steep for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the goat's milk and sugar. Garnish with a pinch of cardamom.
