Serve with steamed basmati rice and a dollop of plain yoghurt.
This was a very easy dish to prepare. I added a couple of chopped chillis to add a bit more heat and also added in a little Garam Masaala and Curry Powder. Used Vindaloo paste from the Indian supermarket. Served with Poppadums. Yum! - 03 Aug 2010
