  • 1 steak (I use chuck steak)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Pkt of Asian Home Gourmet Indian Vindaloo Curry
  • 1 Tin of Coconut Cream
  • 1 Tin of Diced Tomatoes

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 5 hours

Cut steak in to bite size pieces, cut up the onion and add to the slow cooker along with the other ingredients above. Cook on low for 5 hours. Stir occasionally.

Serve with rice

Easy
This was a very easy dish to prepare. I added a couple of chopped chillis to add a bit more heat and also added in a little Garam Masaala and Curry Powder. Used Vindaloo paste from the Indian supermarket. Served with Poppadums. Yum!

I loved this recipe.. after a string of bad slow cooking for this kitchen phobic Mum.. I had a rip roaring sucess with this recipe. I even dared to alter it slightly but using lite Coconut milk... just to make it a tad healthier! YUMMY!
