This is a gooey cake made in the microwave with a delicious chocolate sauce that separates out as it cooks. Great with ice cream or custard.
aaahhh, the wonders of the microwave....hard to believe that this wonderfully scrumptious and chocolatey cake can be ready in about 4 minutes after preparation. really good. cooked in 4 min at 1000w. I used a silicon bread loaf dish as there wouldn't of been enough batter for a normal size cake tin. - 02 Jul 2010
This is so easy to make and delightfully delicious. The only thing I cut back on was the amount of sugar that went into the batter. I added 50g caster sugar, as I thought there would be enough sweetness in the fudge sauce. And I was right...yummo! Thanks for sharing this recipe. - 13 Apr 2015
