A rockmelon smoothie! Perfect for those hot summer days or for a healthy after school snack.

Ingredients

Serves : 3 

  • 1 rockmelon - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons soft brown sugar, or to taste
  • 4 to 8 ice cubes

Directions

Preparation:5min  ›  Ready in:5min 

  1. Place all ingredients in an electric blender and purée until desired consistency. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.

Used different ingredients. Pretty tasty. I added a tiny bit of water (I was having a hard time blending it), and some honey. A great way to used up some rockmelon! - 29 Sep 2008
