Calzones are just like a pizza sandwich. Roll out pizza dough into individual portions and divide this filling between them. Fold each round in half, seal the edges and bake in a 230 degrees C oven for about 10 minutes.
I mixed this and tossed it with penne (no calzone dough). The kids couldn't wait for me to bake it in the oven, and loved the taste test, so I served it just so. It was delicious! Very traditional Italian flavour. - 14 Jul 2008
