These are a family favourite, it is an easy recipe which makes it easy to make with kids. They are perfect for a picnic, afternoon tea or even a side to soup.
This recipe is amazing!! I always have to make a double batch or I don't get any due to them being eaten so quickly. They are so nice hot but nicer once they have cooled as you can taste and enjoy the combination of flavours. And they still manage to be moist. Made these muffins last night - they were awesome! My husband and I enjoyed one each straight out of the oven and they were just delicious. I didnt have any parmesan so just used the same cheese for both amounts indicated and i added extra chives and bacon. Yum! - 20 Oct 2013
These absolutely lifted a simple and tasty soup. The leftovers I froze and took a couple to work each day with the left over soup and they were beautiful. Definitely would make again - 07 Aug 2012
