I adapted this for a bread machine from an old recipe. We always have these at Easter.

Altered ingredient amounts. These look and smell yummy but they are abit tasteless and I would next time be putting in more spices to add flavor - 23 Mar 2010
I live in China where you cannot buy HCB's so I made these 3 times and they didn't last long. These were really easy, mixing the dough in the bread maker, then cooking in the oven. For the crosses I used 1/3 cup icing sugar with 2 tsp milk and a drop of vanilla. - 11 Apr 2012
