Ingredients

- 1 cup (250ml) water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups (315g) bread flour
- 1/2 cup (60g) wholemeal plain flour
- 30g powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 7g dried active baking yeast
Directions
Preparation:5min › Cook:3hours › Ready in:3hours5min
- Put ingredients into bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Process for large loaf, wholemeal setting.

Altered ingredient amounts. Very easy to make, everyone loved it! The only thing is that it sank in the middle. I used less yeast, but it still sank. Still delicious and smelled great while baking! - 14 Jul 2008
The only thing I like about this bread is that there is no added sugar. This bread came out very dry and dense and way too done on the outside. I just don't think this bread works in all bread machines. I will stick with my other bread recipes. - 14 Jul 2008
I loved the Honey taste in this bread, it was GREAT! It didnt make a tall loaf and was a little heavy but was a pleasure to eat! Next time I will put a little more yeast into it. - 14 Jul 2008
