Jelly Flavour Ice Cream

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 pack Jelly crystals or Instant Pudding
    • 100mL milk
    • 1 tsp glucose
    • 400mL custard - commercial or homemade
    • 300mL thickene cream

    Preparation:1min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour11min 

    1. Place jelly or pudding in a saucepan with the milk and warm until the sugar is dissolved. Cool the saucepan in cold water.
    2. Shove the custard, cream and jelly (or pudding) in your ice cream maker and whirl until stiff. Eat soft or freeze.
    3. Probably not suitable for diabetics but what the hell let Medicare worry about that.
