- 800ml boiling water
- 100ml medium roast ground coffee
- 100ml skim condensed milk

- Make the coffee in the plunger (or brew 700ml strong coffee in your preferred way).
- Pour the coffee into a heat resistant container. Add the condensed milk to the hot coffee and stir until well mixed.
- Chill the coffee mixture until ice cold.
- Serve in 4 tall glasses with ice cubes.
Use for leftovers
Keep leftover iced coffee and also condensed milk in the freezer for a couple of months or longer
