Iced Coffee

    Just what you need on a hot, sleepy afternoon or a long, hot drive. Similar to bought iced coffee, at a fraction of the cost and fat free as well.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 800ml boiling water
    • 100ml medium roast ground coffee
    • 100ml skim condensed milk

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Extra time:1hour chilling  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

    1. Make the coffee in the plunger (or brew 700ml strong coffee in your preferred way).
    2. Pour the coffee into a heat resistant container. Add the condensed milk to the hot coffee and stir until well mixed.
    3. Chill the coffee mixture until ice cold.
    4. Serve in 4 tall glasses with ice cubes.

    Use for leftovers

    Keep leftover iced coffee and also condensed milk in the freezer for a couple of months or longer
