This is a Japanese style cheesecake, where a meringue is beaten into a cream cheese mixture. It's very light and airy - you will love it!
To me it kind of tastes like a cheesy sponge. Not bad but I think I prefer the taste of non baked cheesecakes better. But still a nice recipe if you like that sort of thing and was fairly easy to make - 07 Jan 2011
To whom love this recipe: Thank you for using this recipe. Recently I found one step was missing from the data. There was supposed to be the second step "Using a hand mixer to soften cream cheese, and when it becomes smooth, add milk little by little and mix more." right after the first step, which was missing (I don't know how long). But I checked it and it should be back on. If any of you find this recipe doesn't make sense, please check again. This recipe should have 8 steps total.
