    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup oat bran
    • 1/4 cup wheat germ
    • 1/4 cup mixed nuts, chopped
    • 1/4 cup mixed dried fruit (e.g. dried apricots, raisins)
    • 1/2 cup fruit juice or milk.
    • a small green apple, grated
    • fresh fruit, diced (stonefruit, mango, whatever's seasonal
    • 1/4 cup natural yogurt
    • honey

    Preparation:2hours  ›  Ready in:2hours 

    1. Just cover oats and dried fruit with fruit juice in a bowl for at least 2 hours (or overnight)
    2. Toss pounded nuts, diced fruit, grated apple and yogurt into bowl and mix well. Add a little more juice to get the right consistency. Sweeten with honey.
