Quick Saucepan Stuffing

There is never enough stuffing in a chook when you have a lot of guests. This is the answer for when you need extra to go on teh plate with the chicken or turkey. Quick and easy.

Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 100g butter
- 1 large onion, grated
- 250g fresh breadcrumbs
- pepper & salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- pinch of mixed dried herbs

- Cook onion in the butter. Stir in rest of the ingredients and keep stirring till nice and hot.
