Remove any fat from ham.
Combine cheese, sour cream, egg, onion, spinach and seasonings. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on each side of ham and roll up, tucking in edges. Arrange rolls seam side down in a shallow baking dish.
Combine soup and extra 1/4 cup sour cream, spoon over rolls. Bake in a moderate oven 180 degrees C for 25mins.
