Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad with Fetta

One of those salads that both look great and tastes great, this salad recipe can be made the day before to let the flavours combine.
1 head small cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 large head broccoli, chopped into small pieces
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
185 pitted black olives
220g fetta cheese, crumbled
Italian salad dressing, to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, olives and fetta. Add enough dressing to coat, toss and refrigerate overnight.
I put the broccoli and the cauliflower in boiling water for a few minutes, then cooled them quickly before adding to salad bowl. Also I didn't refrigerate overnight.
