One of those salads that both look great and tastes great, this salad recipe can be made the day before to let the flavours combine.
I put the broccoli and the cauliflower in boiling water for a few minutes, then cooled them quickly before adding to salad bowl. Also I didn't refrigerate overnight. - 03 Jun 2016

Excellent! Made a few changes though- Added 1 peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber and a 14 oz. can of artichoke hearts in water. Looks gorgeous as well as tastes good! Very recommended! - 04 Jan 2004 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
