Smooth, Creamy Tuna Basil Penne

Serves: 4 

  • 400g penne
  • 500g jar Bolognese sauce (dolmio)
  • 1/3 cup light cream
  • 100g baby spinach leaves
  • 400g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
  • 1½ cup small basil leaves
  • Shaved parmesan cheese, to serve

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Boil pasta in a large saucepan until ready.
  2. Return pasta to pan over medium-high heat. Add pasta sauce, tuna, cream, spinach and basil. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until spinach wilts. Add cracked pepper and serve with parmesan cheese!
