A very simple and easy to prepare dish that's just perfect for after all the ham & salad is eaten! Freeze overnight.

Serves: 10 

  • 2 Cups of mixed fruit
  • 1 Tbs Grand Marnier Liqueur
  • 1 Litre Honey Macadamia Ice-cream

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1day  ›  Ready in:1day10min 

  1. Line a 6-cup capacity mould with foil and chill in freezer.
  2. Place ice-cream in a bowl and leave to soften slightly (10min).
  3. Mix fruit into softened ice-cream, stir in liqueur.
  4. Spoon ice-cream mix into the prepared mould and press down to flatten.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze evernight.
  6. Turn out onto a plate and slice to serve.
  7. Serves 10-12
