Lemon zucchini

    Thinly sliced zucchini seasoned with lemon zest, flaky sea salt and black pepper makes a simple but refreshing dish.

    Serves: 4 

    • 500 g small zucchini
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 lemon
    • Flaky sea salt and black pepper

    1. Trim the zucchini and slice very thinly on the diagonal.
    2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the zucchini and fry, stirring frequently, until tender.
    3. Meanwhile, finely grate the rind of the lemon. When the zucchini is cooked, sprinkle over the lemon rind and season well with flaky sea salt and black pepper.
