Thinly sliced zucchini seasoned with lemon zest, flaky sea salt and black pepper makes a simple but refreshing dish.
500 g small zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
Flaky sea salt and black pepper
- Trim the zucchini and slice very thinly on the diagonal.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the zucchini and fry, stirring frequently, until tender.
- Meanwhile, finely grate the rind of the lemon. When the zucchini is cooked, sprinkle over the lemon rind and season well with flaky sea salt and black pepper.
