The perfect topping for vanilla and passionfruit ice cream.

Serves: 4 

  • 500ml vanilla ice cream
  • 1-2 passionfruit
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cream (more if needed)

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:45min  ›  Ready in:1hour5min 

  1. Allow the vanilla ice cream to soften slightly. Stir in the pulp of one or two passionfruit and return to the freezer. Warm ½ cup lemon butter very gently and thin to pouring consistency with cream. Serve sauce at room temperature over the ice cream.
