Lamb's Fry with Bacon and Onions

The wonderfully warm and mellow flavour and appetising fragrance of fresh sage transforms traditional liver and bacon, while onions in a creamy sauce lend a melting richness.

Enjoyed this recipe and I added sultanas which were a lovely addition even if I say so myself!

Made this tonight and found it a flavoursome, filling and very satisfying dish. Will definitely make again. Didn't have any fresh sage so I added dried sage to the flour and pepper which worked well.
