Microwave apple crumble makes an irresistible dessert.

Serves: 4 

  • 425g tin pie apple filling
  • 50g butter
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • cream or icecream

Preparation:1min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:6min 

  1. Spread apple in a 18cm wide pie dish.
  2. Put the butter in a bowl. Melt it on medium (50%) for 40 seconds.
  3. Stir in oats, flour, coconut, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Spread evenly on top of apple.
  5. Cook it on High for 5 minutes.
  6. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve with cream or ice-cream.
