Red and Green, it's a real festive looking sweet.

Serves: 10 

  • Large glass or crystal bowl
  • 1 or 2 packets small swiss rolls, depending on size of bowl.
  • 1 packet green jelly crystals
  • 1 carton prepared custard
  • 1 packet frozen mixed berries
  • port wine as needed
  • whipped cream

Preparation:20min  ›  Ready in:20min 

  1. Make jelly according to instructions and set overnight.
  2. Slice rolls and drizzle with port (or berry juice) and line large bowl and to cover sides. Put spoonfuls of jelly, berries and custard into the hollow, and top with a few more roll slices.
  3. Pile whipped cream on top and dollop more berries and jelly to decorate top with red and green. Enjoy
