Soft coconut choc chip cookie

    Very soft and delicious.. When i make them they don't even have time to cool down

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 3/4 cup (170g) soft butter (room temperature)
    • 1 full tbsp peanut butter
    • 1½ cups brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 3 tsp vanilla sugar
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2½ cup sifted plain flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 cup shredded coconut
    • 1- 1½ cups nestle choc chips

    Directions
    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. In a large mixing bowl mix beat the egg and sugar until creamy, then add the softened butter and beat until smooth.
    3. Add the vanilla and beat .
    4. In a separate bowl sift and mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    5. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine well.
    6. Add in the coconut and choc chips.
    7. Use a teaspoon and place golf ball sized lumps onto a cooking tray lined with baking paper .
    8. Place in the oven for about 10 or so minutes until golden in colour.
    9. Take out of oven and allow to cool.
    10. ENJOY!!

    what a yummi recepie!! Thanks for sharing it, one leads to another... my kids kept making yummi noises after each bite! I would probably try less sugar next time but still gorgeous! Didnt see when to put the peanut butter so I put it at the end, with choco chips!  -  22 Nov 2010  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
