    Makes around 15-20 biscuits depending on size the balls are rolled.

    Serves: 15 

    • 150g margarine
    • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
    • 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
    • 2 teaspoon boiling water
    • 2 cups oats
    • 1 cup plain flour
    • 3/4 cup raw sugar
    • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
    • 3/4 cup dried apricot, diced

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Melt margarine and golden syrup in microwave.
    2. Dissolve bicarb in boiling water.
    3. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    4. Add the water to melted marg, then add to dry ingredients. Mix till combined.
    5. Roll into small balls, place on greased baking trays, then flatten slightly.
    6. Bake in preheated oven for approx 15 minutes (dont over cook).
