In a large bowl cream butter, sugar and condensed milk until light and creamy in texture.
Add the flour, mix well and then divide into 4 portions. Add the other ingredients suggested above to each portion as desired.
Combine all ingredients together, roll tablespoon of the mixture into balls and flatten slightly.
Place on tray leaving room for spreading. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until light golden in colour, allow to stand for 5 minutes on tray, then place on wire rack until cool.
This is the easiest and tastiest biscuit recipe ever, can't go wrong. I have made this dozens of times and like the other reviewers, I halve the recipe which still makes at least 50 biscuits. Very yummy and the possibilities for variations are endless!!! 😍 - 04 Feb 2014
