Perfect for a cold day. Reheating brings out more flavours.

Serves: 6 

  • 1 chicken,cooked,shredded
  • 4 chicken stock cubes
  • 4 pkts chicken noodle soup
  • 1 lge onion ,diced
  • 1 lge carrot,diced
  • 2 potatoes,diced
  • 1 lge turnip,diced
  • 1 lge parsnip,diced
  • 1 stalk celery,diced
  • 1 pkt chicken noodles,broken up
  • water

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour15min 

  1. Once you have diced all the vegies,put into a lge pot to start browning.cook for about 10 mins or until slightly tender.
  2. Add the stock cubes and noodle soup to the pot,fill with water so that the vegies are just covered.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes,or until vegies are soft.
  4. Add the diced chicken and broken noodles to the pot,cook until the noodles are soft.
  5. serve hot with crusty bread
